:: The four to three process::

For the manufacture of heat-insulated aluminium profiles, several manufacturing processes are necessary. They can be automated to a greater or lesser extent, depending on system and requirements. In the four to three process which we have developed, knurling and fitting the insulation beads are completed in a single process. This means savings in terms of labour and staff!

Complex processes can be integrated in complete systems. Thus you manufacture your profiles completely in coordinated processes.

::Flexible dimensioning::

All installations are customer-designed. The handling plant, in particular, is planned and manufactured to the individual specifications of our customers and assembled on site.
