The profil measuring unit determines the following data:
• total height profile
• parallelism
• horizontal displacement of the Insulbar
• horizontal displacement of he profile
The general accuracy is ±0.03mm, the one for the repetition ±0.01 mm.

• high precision measuring system, absolut
as well as incremental measuring possible
• 1 linear bearing for vertical adjustment
of the 2 sensing devices
• 1 linear bearing for horizontal adjustment
of the movable sensing device
